We have over 650 Tajima embroidery heads located in our factories in Kansas and Nevada and we are staffed to operate 3 shifts per day 7 days per week in both factories.

As a contract embroidery house, our goal is to provide the highest quality embroidery available to our customers. Our on-site digitizing staff allows us to troubleshoot difficulties that arise when customers supply punch files that were intended for one garment type and are applied to a different garment type.

Contract customers can log into our system to print order acknowledgements, monitor order status and even print their own invoices when their order is complete. Customers will be notified via email with shipment tracking information automatically.

Screen Print Services

We have 6 fully-automatic M&R print presses and the staff required to run them 3 shifts per day seven days per week. As a contract screen printer, our goal is to provide the highest level of quality possible to our customers.

We are setup to handle very large quantities and we have the ability to do many different types of printing. We have found, however, that we are less competitive on the small run, specialty process jobs that require a large amount of setup and preparation for a specialty process. This is a symptom of spending many years as a midwest-based print contractor with few retail customers.
